Is there a warranty?
Yes. Countertops carry a 2-year limited structural warranty: if the piece fails to stay structurally sound for its intended use, it is repaired or replaced.
Do countertops need sealing?
No. Every piece is sealed. Some finishes need easy, occasional waxing, and you receive a maintenance kit and a walkthrough if so.
Can concrete go on my existing cabinets?
Yes. Concrete weighs about the same as granite or marble and is usually installed without a subtop.
Can any concrete floor be polished?
Almost any. Where a slab is badly damaged, a polishable overlay creates a new surface that can be polished to a high gloss.
Is polishing messy?
Not very. Dry grinding runs with a vacuum system that contains about 98% of airborne particles, and there is no epoxy or glue odor.
Can I use concrete outdoors?
Yes. The same countertop materials are used inside and outside and hold up in hot and cold climates.
