01 — Floors

Polished concrete floors

Underneath most coatings or tile is a concrete floor that can be ground and polished to a shine. Mechanical dry grinding with a vacuum system keeps the process clean.

  • Cream, small or large aggregate
  • Penetrating dyes that resist fading
  • Polishable overlays for damaged floors

Choose the lookDecide how much stone you want to see: a cream finish shows little aggregate, while small or large aggregate takes deeper grinding.

02 — Countertops

Countertops & tables

Countertops, islands and tabletops cast in 30 standard colors or a custom color, with pressed, natural or ground finishes and edges from half an inch to over 12 inches high.

  • Ground finish exposing glass, pebbles or shells
  • Rounded, beveled, cascading and ogee edges
  • Installs on existing cabinets

Good to knowConcrete weighs about the same as granite and can sit on your existing cabinets, usually without a subtop.

03 — Sinks

Integral sinks & vanity tops

Integral sinks and vanity tops are cast as one piece with the counter, so there is no seam between sink and top.

CareWipe with warm water and mild dish soap; avoid abrasive cleaners and pads.

04 — Surrounds

Fireplace & shower surrounds

Fireplace mantels and surrounds, plus shower and tub surrounds, cast to fit the opening and finished to match the room.

UpkeepAll products are sealed; some finishes need occasional waxing, and a maintenance kit is provided when they do.

Countertop finishes

Three standard finishes.

Every countertop starts from one of three finishes, in any of 30 standard colors or a custom color.

  • Pressed

    Voids created during casting form veins for a marble-like look, filled with a matching or contrasting color.

  • Natural

    Polished after casting for a uniform, silky-smooth surface that keeps concrete’s natural color variation.

  • Ground

    Ground down to expose what’s in the mix: colored pebbles, crushed glass, beach sand or seashells.
